A Little Bit About Me

Family is the heart of my world. This includes my husband and two wonderful daughters, who are my constant source of joy and strength. Our dog, Benji, brings a lot of energy and affection into our home as well. I’ve always strived to maintain a balance between work and home, finding immense fulfillment in both roles. While I tend to be the “cautious” one, my husband keeps things interesting by encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone, especially when we travel—our adventures have taught me so much about embracing the unexpected.

Mindfulness has been transformative for me, both personally and professionally. It serves as an anchor in my life, helping me stay present and resilient no matter what comes my way. Physical exercise is crucial to my well-being, providing clarity and energy. Meaningful connections with friends and family enrich my life, whether through heartfelt conversations or shared experiences. Music is another passion of mine; I enjoy exploring different genres as long as it strikes a chord—it keeps things vibrant and enjoyable.

At the end of a long day, there’s nothing better than curling up with a good book. I enjoy reading anything I can get my hands on—sometimes diving into the material to enhance my knowledge for my clients, and other times, savoring a light read. It’s my quiet retreat, a way to recharge and reflect before facing the next day with renewed energy.

As your therapist, my focus is on helping you navigate your personal and mental health goals with sincerity, respect, and dedication. My approach is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, knowing that each session is an opportunity to move closer to the life you want to live.

When we begin working together, you can count on my full commitment to your process. I’m here to support you every step of the way. However, it’s important to remember that therapy can sometimes feel challenging. After a session, it’s normal to feel emotionally drained or exhausted, but this is part of the healing process and a sign of growth.

Session Details

To ensure that we both get the most out of our time, I encourage you to schedule your appointments well in advance. My assistant, Sonali Kale (+91 82916 77131), will assist you with booking. I value the time we dedicate to this process, and I kindly ask you to do the same. If you’re running late, I’m happy to begin the session over the phone; however, please note that I’m unable to extend the session beyond the originally scheduled time. I will, of course, make up for any delay on my part.

Online Sessions

In certain circumstances, such as during travel, sessions may be conducted online. This allows us to maintain consistency and connection, ensuring your therapeutic journey is not interrupted.

Psychometric Testing

At times, I may recommend psychometric testing alongside talk therapy. These assessments help provide deeper insights into your skills, personality traits, and potential diagnoses, which can be crucial in tailoring your treatment plan. Please note that these tests will incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments without prior notice affect the therapeutic process. To maintain fairness, sessions will be charged in full unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This policy ensures that both our time and commitment to therapy are respected.
